These terms apply when you buy from this website. Please read them before you order. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Prices
All prices are shown in euro and include Maltese VAT at 18%. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay — nothing is added at checkout. Delivery is free.
We try to keep prices and stock accurate. If we discover that something was priced or listed incorrectly after you order, we will contact you before dispatching and you may cancel for a full refund.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted. You can order as a guest or create an account.
Payment
We accept card payments, processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are never seen or stored by us.
Delivery
We deliver within Malta only. See Shipping & delivery for timings.
Cancelling and returning
You have 14 days to change your mind, with one important exception for fragrances that have been unsealed. See Returns & refunds, which forms part of these terms.
Products
We describe our fragrances as accurately as we can. Bottle photography and screen colours vary, and a scent is experienced differently by different people — that on its own is not a fault.
Perfume is for external use. Stop using it if your skin reacts. Keep it away from heat, direct sunlight and children.
If something goes wrong
Contact us first at omar@oudmuskmalta.com — most things are settled quickly. If we cannot resolve it, you may refer the matter to the Office for Consumer Affairs at the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority.
These terms
They are governed by Maltese law, and the Maltese courts have jurisdiction. We may update them; the version published here when you order is the one that applies.
