We deliver anywhere in Malta and Gozo. Delivery is free on every order — there is no minimum spend and no charge added at checkout.
How long it takes
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery normally takes a further 1–2 working days. We will contact you if anything is going to take longer than that.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver within Malta only. We are not able to ship outside Malta at this time.
When your order arrives
Our courier will contact you on the phone number you gave at checkout if they cannot reach you. If nobody is available, they will arrange a second attempt.
If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not what you ordered, contact us at omar@oudmuskmalta.com within 14 days and we will put it right. Please keep the packaging until the matter is settled.
